Esmercia Damião de Oliveira Maginador is a bachelor in Science/Mathematics and holds a specialization in Managerial Development for Public Universities from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP, 2010).

She has been part of the university staff since 1983. Belongs to the administrative team of CEPETRO – Center for Petroleum and Energy Studies at UNICAMP, where she has been serving as Technical Assistant since 2016. She is involved in the executive management of EPIC.
